General
Here are the terms and conditions for our language training program.
These conditions of service between the company EASY PROGRESS MAROC and any participant interested in benefiting from our programs, in order to govern our relationship and guarantee a better professional service to the participant.
Our courses are delivered online via Zoom or in person at our center in Casablanca, Morocco, depending on participant preference.
Program presentation:
Our language teaching method is “The Growing Participator Approach”. We use several linguistic principles to ensure a very high quality adapted to all types of participants, including sensory, auditory and visual.
What is GPA?
The Growing Participator Approach is an alternative paradigm for second language acquisition created by Greg Thomson. In GPA, the goal is not only language acquisition, but also participation in the life of a new community, which continues to grow over time.

The services covered by these general conditions of sale of services are as follows:
- Classical Arabic course “FOSHA”.
- Moroccan Arabic courses “DARIJA”.
- Cultural workshop.

General Regulations
- After each session, you will have at your disposal audio or video lessons to train your ear for the language. These resources are the property of Easy Progress Maroc and must not be shared with others. In case of non-compliance, legal action may be taken.
- It is forbidden to request the services of coaches outside Easy Progress Maroc without prior agreement from management. Any failure to comply with this rule will result in financial penalties.
- It is important to respect each party’s culture, to be open-minded and not to judge. From phase 3 of the program, coaches will share their culture. Participants are expected to speak respectfully about others and their beliefs.
- Participants must understand that any registration requires a phased commitment, regardless of the monthly or one-time payment option, and in the event of a break the full monthly amount is paid, the courses will be made up later and the administration will ensure to set an appropriate time based on the teachers available to complete the make-up courses.
In case of force majeure (such as illness or accident) that prevents the participant from attending classes, a specific label will be assigned to their file to allow them to resume their classes once the situation is resolved. We also offer the possibility of transferring the remaining study sessions to a third party, upon written and signed request sent by email or mail, including the information of the new beneficiary
- In case of course cancellation, participants must inform the administration at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the course place to another interested participant.
- Breaks are divided into two types: either one long break or several short breaks. The break is limited to 5 minutes per hour, with 10 minutes for 2 hours of lessons, 15 minutes for 3 hours and 20 minutes for 4 hours.
- We offer a free orientation course to introduce the educational program and guide participants according to their language level.
Collaboration and obligations of the Participant
- Any requests for changes to the schedule or location must be addressed to the administration either to your personal assistant via WhatsApp or by email at scheduling@easyprogressmaroc.com at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the course spot to another interested participant. (Regarding the schedule, participants should not call or send messages to the coaches directly; they should instead inform the management of any changes.)
- Participants and trainers must put their phones in airplane mode during sessions to respect everyone’s concentration.
- Participants should refrain from speaking their native language during the language course, as this is contrary to the objectives of the program.
- Participants are encouraged to listen to the audio or video recordings of the lessons before each session to fully benefit from the program and practice their Arabic listening skills.
- Participants should attend sessions on time to maximize their participation.
- Participants are responsible for travel expenses for sessions held outside of our address, including time lost by the trainer during travel.
- Participants must pay invoices in full by the due date, including 20% VAT (within Morocco) and transportation of the caregiver if the sessions take place in a location other than the Easy Progress Maroc offices. For each week of delay in payment, a 5% fee will be applied.
The participant agrees to respect the investment of time, money and energy of EASY PROGRESS MAROC to train its employees. He understands that soliciting their services outside of EASY PROGRESS MAROC constitutes a direct violation of this commitment as well as the employees’ employment contract. Even if their employment with EASY PROGRESS MAROC has ended, employees may face significant fines if they agree to do so.
Furthermore, the participant understands that it is not permitted to give or lend money to EASY PROGRESS MAROC employees in order to maintain the integrity and professionalism of the relationship between the foster and the participant.
Collaboration and obligations of easy progress Morocco
- The company is committed to bringing participants to the promised language level after following the program and the advice given by the trainer.
- The administration guarantees access to make-up lessons for lessons that the participant was unable to attend and requested to be cancelled.
- The administration undertakes to send the recording of the courses after each session in case the participant was unable to complete the course on his computer.
- In addition, the administration undertakes to monitor the participant’s level throughout the training to provide them with more assistance.
- The Company also undertakes to send the digital manuals after each lesson, if the participant has registered for a monthly payment, and all the manuals only once at the beginning of the program if he has registered for a full payment at the beginning of the phase.
- Furthermore, the administration undertakes to maintain the participant’s right to continue his lessons in the event of force majeure preventing him from completing his training.
- Finally, the administration is committed to ensuring that the coaches are present at the scheduled time for each course, and to monitoring the quality of the service to guarantee it.
Payment method, study hours and billing.
Payment :
There are two payment methods, either monthly payment , where the participant pays the amount corresponding to the number of hours he plans to follow per week according to the Table below.
The second method is advance payment at the beginning of the program . In this case, the participant benefits from a 20% discount depending on the number of hours he chooses to follow per week.
Study hours:
Your availability for classes will be sent to your personal assistant via WhatsApp or email at scheduling@easyprogressmaroc.com. every 20th of the month, as the booking period is from the 20th to the 25th.
Billing:
Invoices are sent on the 25th or 26th of the month for participants who pay monthly, in order to avoid any delay in payment due to our commitment to our trainers and service providers, especially for participants with foreign bank accounts, where the amount takes 6 days to arrive.
